The short answer

BiteCheck combines an intermittent-fasting timer with calorie, macro, meal, and weight tracking, helping you see timing and nutrition in one daily routine.

The dashboard helps place a fasting window in a broader trend.
01

See timing and nutrition together

A timer records when a fasting window starts and ends. Combining that timeline with a food diary makes it easier to see what you ate around the window instead of treating the timer as an isolated streak.

Choose 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, or OMAD (about 23 hours of fasting and a one-hour eating window). The timer shows the stage you are in and how long until the next one.

02

Glanceable progress

On iPhone, a Live Activity counts down your fast on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island; on Android, an ongoing notification shows the same progress. Both tell you when the goal is reached. Apple Watch support keeps the same status on your wrist.

Notifications and countdowns make it easier to remember when your chosen window starts and ends.

03

Choose a routine that supports your wellbeing

Fasting needs are personal. If you are pregnant, under 18, have an eating disorder or history of disordered eating, use glucose-lowering medication, or manage a medical condition, ask a qualified healthcare professional what is appropriate for you.

BiteCheck helps you record your chosen schedule alongside meals and progress.
